Practical, interactive and supported for six months afterwards.

  1. Phase 1

    Pre-training gap analysis

Every participant, along with their managers and supervisors, receives a personal call from the trainer to discuss individual needs and training expectations.

  2. Phase 2

    Practical, interactive delivery

Sessions combine role plays built on relevant scenarios, instructor-led games and activities, group discussions with constructive feedback, and educational videos.

  3. Phase 3

    Six months of post-training support

Participants stay in close contact with the training consultant for tips and suggestions as they apply what they learned in their daily work.

Tell us the gap. We will design the training to close it.
