Programme area

Leadership

Developing results-driven leaders at every level, from first-time supervisors to directors and boards.

Overview

About the programme.

Leadership is at the heart of what WABS does. Our leadership programmes develop results-driven leaders who can make informed decisions, successfully implement change and take responsibility for the people and organisations they serve.

Sessions are built around the situations leaders actually face, using case studies, role plays and group discussion rather than lectures.

How it is delivered

Practical, interactive and supported for six months afterwards.

  1. Phase 1

    Pre-training gap analysis

Every participant, along with their managers and supervisors, receives a personal call from the trainer to discuss individual needs and training expectations.

  2. Phase 2

    Practical, interactive delivery

Sessions combine role plays built on relevant scenarios, instructor-led games and activities, group discussions with constructive feedback, and educational videos.

  3. Phase 3

    Six months of post-training support

Participants stay in close contact with the training consultant for tips and suggestions as they apply what they learned in their daily work.

Tell us the gap. We will design the training to close it.

Corporate training, seminars, conferences and in-house workshops, built around your team’s needs and schedule.
